Bring back the Add-ons "Install..." button to Blender 4.2!

Add-on for bringing back the "Install..." button to the Add-ons section in Blender 4.2 prefrences. Install as any other add-on.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

When disabling the add-on in preferences, the Add-ons section will go blank. Simply restart Blender and the stock Add-ons section will reappear.

Let's hope they change this in the future. There is no good reason to change something like this, that result in a worse user experience. The fact the button is still there on the Themes section is beyond me..
